I am busy mom of two kids under 4. I am currently going to school full time and watch kids at my home. I am always going. I felt that I was just beat down into the ground. One day a friend of mine gave me a week sample and said you have to TRY this. I did I was a little unsure at first. I did it and fell in love! I finally decided that enough was enough! I was tired of not giving my kids a full 100% of me. My mood changed I am happier and haven’t felt this good in a long time. I have so much more energy to do my daily life things such as go outside and play with my kids every day. I am even more focused on my homework and can get it done without stressing.
