The Eighth Beef share totals 50 pounds of the highest quality meat, all from the same steer.  Perfect for the first time buyer or small family.

50 Lbs: Dry Aged Black Angus • Pasture raised Includes: 6-8 Lbs Premium Steaks (Ribeye, Porterhouse, or T-bone) • 4-8 Lbs of Steaks (Sirloin, Flank, or Round) • 10-14 Lbs of Roasts (Loin Tip, Brisket, Rump, Arm, or Chuck) • 24-26 Lbs of Ground Beef (may include 2-3 Lbs of stew meat of short ribs when available)No unnecessary Antibiotics or Hormones

After our expert butchers complete processing, the product is flash frozen to lock in peak freshness.
