Couch is great for a dorm room or off campus living or kids play room. Or perhaps for someone who would like a comfortable couch for a reasonable price. They are well taken care of. The seat cushions need pushing back in every once in awhile. This is due to the mattress topper. Remove that and they will not need as much pushing in. The pull out bed is great for one or two night guests.

Has a memory foam mattress topper that will come with the couch. The mattress is a full/queen size and 4” thick.

Comes from a COVID free home - never been exposed. Also, a pet and child free home. Stains and random tears do not exist, it has been well maintained.
