Shoes are brand new, still in shoe box. Heel is 2 1/2 inches. Shoes have been sitting in my closet for at least a year, I bought them on sale for $25. I had knee surgery and can no longer wear heels comfortably. Size is 7W on shoe box, but I usually wear 7 1/2W and they fit me.
