VERY heavy!!!
It IS used & it does have flaws as shown in photos.
-The Table: Overall condition is good/decent. A few scuffs on the surface. (They are noticeable, however the lighting in the pictures make them look WORSE then what they are in person).
-The Legs: Scratches on the lower parts, but overall in good condition
-The Chairs: In poorer condition then the table. They are rather dinged up with several scratches as shown in photos
-The Leaves: In best condition. They werent really used that much. A few scratches but overall in great condition.
**The set has a lot of life left in it with someone who can bring it back with some polish & buff it out maybe. Very sturdy & SOLID.
