In excellent like new condition. Bought this and decided that I wanted a bak pack style case instead. There is a small white scuff mark on one of the buckles...can see it in the picture...that's how I bought it...it was the only one on the shelf at the time and it's not really noticeable. Comes with the 2 DVD's that came with the case, never even opened those. Used the case only a couple weeks, but can't tell it was used at all great buy for someone who doesn't want to pay full price for one. I paid over $60 for it, would like $40.
