Clean gently used.the cover does need to be replaced it got ripped in washer along seam on corner its removable..how ever still usable to.now I'm getting rid of the set the mattress alone is 2000 .but I'm letting it go cheap since cover needs replacing. Need gone asap will need to come get I don't have transportation
