Grays, blues, and bit of shimmer gold all come together on this hand painted original to provide a bold scheme that is striking but calming. As the title ("Sky's Sea") implies, the piece was inspired by a stormy oceanscape, and the blurring of the horizon that occurs in those scenes. I wanted the overall impression to be magical, otherworldly, and yet familiar.
