Beautiful, fun flower petal dress. The flower petals move throughout the dress. Size 12, pearl white, has a white fabric belt to go with it. Very charming. Was once to a dance last week. Smoke free, bug free home, we do have kittens but it's been kept up from them and it is in a bag. Only needs steamed if you really want to but it helps the flower petals move more if you don't. Great for Spring pictures or Easter Sunday. Price negotiable.
