This device is exceptionally well made. Everything works on it just as it did on Day One. The electronics work and I know of no scratches nor marks. I've used this product for more than 20 years and I take great care of all of my products. I have, however, decided to get a rowing machine which takes up much more room. The only thing needed for this Cardio Glide is a new air cylinder. I was going to buy another but decided to try a rowing machine
