This is great summer dress or top of white soft cotton. On front and back is a Love tatoo with beautiful roses print. There is a small tie which you can leave danging, tie in the front or tie in the back, or remove. There is no size on it but it is about size 8-10 and stretchy.
Under the bust is elastic which when unstretched is 28 inches. It measures 33 inches long from shoulder to hem. It could be worn
with a shrug and leggings or just sandles and cool hat. It would also look great over pants.
