Full of good recipes and packed with cartoons, with chapter titles such as “If you Bake it, they will Come” and “Meatless in Seattle”.  It’s a snapshot of 1990’s styles and cooking, all low-fat and healthy.

This is the first self-published book by these two Canadian sisters. They followed up with other best selling healthy cookbooks.

A good cookbook, but more of importantly, a great piece of vintage 1990’s history.
