Used, but doesn’t show any real signs of wear. I must note that the skirt can wrinkle (as seen in pic) if not stored properly, so store it nicely! Hanging or storing flat will work, but folding and crumpling/shoving it is not ideal. The wrinkles can obviously be removed after washing/drying
