The music box is porcelain and it does rotate as it plays "We Wish You a Merry Christmas". The Classical Santa is made by Otagiri. The design is copyrighted by Gibson Greeting Cards, Inc.

This music box is in good vintage condition. No breaks or cracks are seen. It does rotate and play (has an on and off switch on the bottom).
