Handmade tutu skirt with matching headband made by Shay's happy Bow's.. Tutu fits standard size 2-5 years old elastic waste stretches to 12" on waist and headband stretches to 14". Tutu measures at approximately 13 1/2" to 14" in length (due to tutu being handmade the measurement of length may varies slightly). OTHER REQUEST AND CUSTOM ORDER ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST
