This dress has two small white spots on the chest, I’m not sure what it is I’ve put it in the washer many times. I always wore a scarf or long necklace over it so no one noticed. Have also worn a tank top with this dress so it looks like a skirt/top combo with long sleeve underneath. but either way it is a L/XL little black dress. It just never worked for me because the boob cut outs were so tiny and I have a larger chest.
