Beautiful Lilly Pulitzer strapless turquoise and gold dress! Dress is lined, a size 4 and a gorgeous blue. There are a couple of small goldish colored spots on the bottom front of the dress. I’m not sure where the spots came from but dry cleaning may be able to remove them.
