Like new air conditioner with remote control-loved this feature-especially at night. Doubles as a fan or dehumidifier. We lived in the Pacific Northwest-most homes do not have air. We have recently moved to VA & now have central air. It’s no longer needed. It’s in excellent condition. Was only used for one summer. Easy Installation.
