Antique French Mahogany Dresser, circa 1890’s – 1900, with marble top and beveled triple mirror. Intricate carving on mirror and feet. The base, marble top and mirror are all separate pieces for easier moving. The pic of the inside shows a space in the back. This is not a flaw. The back is 2 separate panels. This piece is in EXCELLENT condition with only a couple of flaws as noted below. There are a total of 9 pictures of this piece. The other 5 are details & the original price tag and are noted in the comments.
Condition issues: There are 2 cracks on the right side and 1 crack on the left side. The right drawer is also slightly warped, but does not interfere with operation of the drawer. Dimensions: 45-1/2”L x 21”W x 76-1/2”H. Height is to top of mirror. Mirror is 36” high. Pictures document all flaws and original price paid. Note: the picture of the carved mirror corner looks like it is cracked. It is not; that is a miter cut.
While this is actually a dresser, I have always used it in the dining room as a buffet. It provides a lot of extra storage! Lost my job, downsizing and must part with this much loved antique. Selling As Is. You must pickup. Price is NOT firm - will consider reasonable offers! If you know someone who would love and could use this, please let them know!
Not online all the time, but am checking a few times a day. I will respond as soon as I see messages. Comes from a non-smoking home! Thanks for looking!
