Sz 16, 3/4 cuffed sleeves. Lightweight semi-sheer jacket style top meant to wear over a tank or other top. Button front, missing one button...3rd down from top. Could move the top button down to replace the missing one but I didn't bother because I always wore it open. No tears nor stains.
