This beautiful old piece would make a nice addition to your home or porch. I had it on my covered front porch for years. Whenever I revealed the decking on porch, I'd put it on desk, including in the cast iron. That's why cast iron is in great shape. This desk has beautiful iron work. The brass ink well is intact. There are a few water rings as I put potted flowers on it in the summer. A light sanding or a water reseal will rectify. Beautiful little piece.
