Hat is knit in two layers with a soft plastic mesh inserted to hold its shape. All embellishments are added securely for your child’s safety but please keep in mind that this is not a toy so please do not allow your child to play with this unattended.

Hat is reusable and comes with a tie neck. Base of hat measure approximately 4” diameter and 5” tall excluding Pom Pom.
