I bought this to tile my house, but 2 rows into the job I realized I was in over my head. I hired a crew to finish (and they used their own equipment.) I'm not kidding when I say this thing has cut maybe 5 tiles since I bought it. I have an unused second cobalt blade I'm throwing in, and if you're about to do some tiling I'll throw in some miscellaneous tools and chemicals that I have left over.
