This wii u haves Cfw Haxchi with homebrew and 64gb on the system hard drive with a 32gb micro sd card it and the 3ds has Cfw luma3ds with no games and no sd card and if u add a Sd card u should be able to get homebrew and u should be able to download any 3ds games on it and it works fine with no marks or scratches and i have the charger with it and has been tested and the wii u comes with (Scribblenauts Unlimited) (BlackOps2)-has mod menu-)
