Two Japanese porcelain suribachi in great condition made in Japan, possibly made by Murata. Missing are the matching Surikogi, wooden pestle. These are fantastic for crushing and grinding due to the ridges in the bowl and require very little pressure to grind. If using pestles already found at home please make sure to use wood, never stone or metal. Also "NOT" dishwasher or microwave safe, hand wash only. Large one is approx. 7" inches in diameter and 3" inches high. Small one is 4 3/8" inches in diameter and about 2" inches high, no chips or cracks.
