This is such a beautiful dress for the holidays. Everyone will be competing to take a picture! This dress was made in the U.S. and is a size medium. The tags have been removed but I think it would fit size 18 - 24 months. The top part of the dress is a red velvet material. There are slips attached inside of the dress. Please see the two pictures. My Granddaughter never got to wear it because unfortunately she outgrew it before she had the chance.
