It starts on the first pull and runs without issue. I just changed the oil, and sharpened the blade. This mower is ready to cut!

This is Toro’s “Spin-Stop” model, where you can stop the blade without stopping the motor. This makes it easier and faster to start and stop mowing. For example, when you need to empty the bag. This also has Toros personal pace self propel system, where the speed of the self propel is set by the pace you are walking. No adjustments necessary.
