Brand new, never worn with tags, booklet, and box. Was a surprise office gift, but my wife doesn't wear watches at all, and her company doesn't do "cash equivalent". It's piano black, Museum collection with black leather band and a stainless frame. Box says $495, I've looked around online and have found them on legitimate websites for $359, asking $300. POOS
