Looking to get in shape for summer?

I am running a Beachbody fitness "Summer Slimdown" challenge group. You'll have a ton of support and all the tools you need to make sure you succeed in reaching your goals. You will train from home, and your support group is run through Facebook. I live in Amherst so am readily available for some extra support. I have personally lost 55lbs so far doing these challenges! Already have a great group of people on board and hope to have one or two more take the challenge with us. It's going to be a blast!
