The hand painted design and detailing on this teapot is wonderful and so pleasing to the eye. Porcelain has a crackle glaze with bright and vibrant colors which include rust/red, blues, greens, pink, white, mustard/yellow with an immense amount of 14K Gold Leaf Detailing that make this teapot stunning. Two beautiful Peacocks surrounded by colorful flowers and flowering branches are painted onto both front and back of teapot. 14K Gold Leaf swirls, flowers & pin dots on dark rust/red detail the 1" border that wrap around the bottom edge of the teapot as well as on the top of the teapot between the handles. Flowers, also detailed in 14K gold leaf detail the lid as well as the spout.
The teapot measures 5" in height (9" in height including handle). 4 1/2" in diameter ~ 6" in width (including spout).
