Folded they have a 14" drop minus 3" for rod and upper ruffle) panels nestle a bit inside one another. Only one rod (1") is needed. A matching valance for 5 or 6 ft window. The valance is 13' -9" long with 7" drop minus 2-1/2" for rod and ruffle. Also included are two extra panels of fabric (26" x 80" with backing and 28" x 92") for you to make custom pillows or whatever you can imagine. All dimensions are approx.
