He's so cute! This is in a frosted glass that just glows when the sunlight shines thru, and just imagine this flickering with a candle inside. He's two pieces. The candle sits on a base/tray, and there is a hole at the top of his hat as a vent. This is hand painted and signed B Newton. This measures approximately 9 inches tall. There are slight bumps in the glass (particularly at the hat rim), a couple of tiny dark marks/rubs on the glass, and there is some sticker residue on the bottom of the base. Else, this is in good previously owned condition.
