It has been washed and ironed. Great fabric. Easy wash and dry. If you pull it right out of the dryer, it really should not need ironing. Same for the cloth napkins. They don’t have to be ironed unless you are especially particular about it. There are a few faint stains that didn’t come out. You can barely see them. No holes.
