Can cool 400 square feet, bought this in July & no longer need it since I’m moving from the city. It comes with a remote, extra duct , & extra window seal. made my small 2 bedroom apartment comfortable to live in throughout the summer- till now. Since you are going to have to pick it up I am willing to negotiate, I paid nearly $400 for it including the shipping ( I can negotiate!)
