This couch is only a year old and has barely been used. There are no tears or rips anywhere on the couch. It has 3 electrical recliners and outlets in the console. All electrical works and has no issues. Originally paid almost 3,000 for the couch, only selling because I am moving and want a different color couch. MUST PICK UP
