This trailer is completely re done with all new everything and tons of storage. No Leaks. This size can be taken to provincial park tent sites which are usually a lot better than the trailer sites. The front bench folds into a bed. There is a water hook up but no holding tank. Comes with the electrical cord for hooking up to trailer site power. No AC but the roof is painted with the white heat reflective paint and we never needed AC. It is able to tow with a 2" ball but I highly recommend you put swey bars on especially for doing highway speeds. Ownership available.
