Mattress is included with all crib sheets (maybe 6 different ones) - the mattress is well loved, but has been deep cleaned
Crib is gently used with minimal damage
Attachments for day bed/regular bed are not included, but are available online for purchase

Changing table comes with a pad, but I do not have any pad covers since this size is not the normal, so we just used blankets/infant towels
Underneath the changing table, there is an extreme amount of space that was proven to be quite helpful
There is even hidden shelves behind he drawers (as shown in the picture)

I do not have any photos of the actual crib since we took off the front railing to allow easy/safe access for our toddler, but I can take photos before purchase!
