Lots of one hour class times available every day. Kids' room available (not supervised) with window for them to see you and you to keep an eye on them.

Personal trainer, Ben, Will and Felicia are amazing! Motivating but not in your face yelling at you.

Every Saturday at 9:00 am they offer a free fitness class so you see what the buzz is all about.
