Price is for single item All of my larger holiday pillows have NEW "Poly Fill" inserts that I have left in their original plastic packaging. Inserts and the covers are both zippered for easy fluffing and cleaning. If you are looking at the pictures closely, you may see some "bleed thru" of the plastic covering on the inserts. As previously stated, I have purposely left the plastic on them prior to selling them. Once removed the "bleed thru" will be gone. Also, the covers have never been washed or ironed so the creasing is "temporary" .
